Richard Branson, Lord Sugar, Steve Jobs even Walt Disney were all diagnosed with dyslexia. ๐ค
FACT: It is thought that around 16% of the world’s population are dyslexic, however over 50% of all self-made millionaires are dyslexic. ๐ฒ
So why is it that the figures are so disproportionate? ๐ค
How come dyslexic people defy the odds leaving all those that told them they would never succeed dumbstruck? ๐คฏ
It’s all to do with the way dyslexic people think. ๐คจ
The dyslexic mind has a unique ability to innovate and think outside the box. In the dyslexic mind, there is always an alternative way to do things. ๐ก
Can you imagine a world where being diagnosed as dyslexic was considered to be a gift and not a hindrance! ๐
Where dyslexic youngsters were encouraged, rather than discouraged. ๐จ๐ง ๐ฉ๐ฌ
It would be incredible! ๐
Too many are left deflated at an early age and end up settling for far less than they are capable of because of the limiting beliefs that are instilled in them by their peers and educators who are unaware of the true potential dyslexic people have. ๐คซ
This is slightly off topic for me but is still relevant and I feel it is a message that needs to be spread far and wide to help dyslexic youngsters realise they have the world at their feet and can achieve great things, they just need to believe. ๐ช
Please share this to help spread the message.
If I can help just one dyslexic youngster believe in themselves as a result of this post then I have done something great. ๐
That’s it for today’s business bite.
Until next time
Bye for now ๐ ๐ ๐
