Over the years, I've met many small/micro business owners that love the idea of working with a coach but simply can't afford to engage one.
That made me think about not only who I currently work with, but also what I could do to help these micro business owners take their first steps towards growing their businesses.
The result, I developed a coaching programme specifically for micro businesses that are looking to grow. Although significantly cheaper than my other programmes, there is no less value in this programme, in fact, it's my most impactful programme in terms of return on investment.
The catch, you need to apply and qualify to be accepted into the programme. Don't worry, it's a simple process aimed at ensuring it is right for you and that you are truly ready to put in the work needed to take your business to the next level.

Ignite Monthly Coaching Package - £399 per Month
This is the entry level programme and is ideal for newly established businesses that are approaching £100K Turnover and looking to start taking on their first employees.
This package won’t generate you huge gains because you’re busy working In your business right now and quite rightly so… It’s early days, but, it will take your business from where it is now to the next level in a timely manner.
From there it is beneficial to upgrade to the accelerate programme so you can make more progress in a shorter space of time and provide the job security your new employees need to ensure a long and prosperous working relationship with them.
Accelerate Monthly Coaching Package - £499 per Month
The accelerate programme is by far the most popular package I offer and will move your business forwards towards your goals at speed.
This programme is for serious business owners that currently spend most if not all of their working weeks doing the fee earning work needed to pay the bills.
If this sounds like you then this programme is the perfect fit. It will give you the tools you need to get out of the daily grind of working IN your business and get you working ON your business. This alone will bring huge financial reward as you become the master of your own destiny.
From here you can continue on the accelerate programme and continue to make consistent progress towards your goals or can opt to switch things up to the dominate programme where we cover more ground in a shorter space of time to speed up your business growth even more.
Dominate Coaching Package - £999 per Month
The dominate programme is not for the feint of heart. This package is for business owners who are serious about the direction they want their business to head in and will do whatever it takes to get there in the quickest time possible.
Dominate is designed for business owners who know in their heart of hearts that they will make the time to do the work required.
A lot of ideas and plans will materialise as a result of our work together and the key to making this work is speedy and effective implementation. If you already work 90 hours a week, you don’t have the time or energy to commit to working on your business, this package is not for you.
This is an application only coaching programme which I will only accept you on to if I believe you are seriously able to commit to making this commercially viable for you and your business, without putting you at risk of burnout.
If you don't think you are ready for this, take a look at the accelerate programme which achieves the same results, but at a pace you can handle without burning yourself out.
12 Week Success Programme - £1200
This is the perfect package for those that have all the great ideas and the dreams, but lack the time, the focus and/or the discipline to get the important things done.
If like me, you are attracted to every bright shiny new object that crosses you path, you'll find the days pass by and the stuff on your Wishlist just grows and grows with nothing coming to fruition.
You come up with the most ludicrous justification for not getting the important stuff done and dismiss it until tomorrow.
But, tomorrow never comes.
Or, maybe you just have a one off project you need some help to get over the line.
If either of these sounds like you, then the 12 week success programme is exactly what you need.
Drop in and out of the programme as frequently as you want. Obviously the best long term results are achieved by rolling each 12 week block straight into the next, however if you need to take a break or you feel you have the tools to go alone, simply let me know 4 weeks before the end of your current 12 week programme and your space can be given to the next person on the waiting list.
Be aware though, you will need to re-join the waiting list if you leave the programme as places go fast.

This is an intensive 6 week programme which consists of 1 session per week to help you gain clarity over what you want from your business, what you want to achieve from working with me (or any other coach for that matter), and, what you will need to do in order for working with a business coach to have the best possible impact on you and your business.
The aim of the programme, to get you fully prepared for the journey ahead.
