Most people have heard of coaching, but not many truly appreciate the huge benefits having a coach would make to them and their business.

But what can a coach do for you? 🤷🏻‍♂‍

A good coach can help transform every aspect of your business and your life.

A really good coach will help you work out exactly what you want and map out how they will help make it happen before they take your money.

You could be struggling with your business in which case you are looking for a business coach.

You could be struggling with your fitness or a particular sport in which case, you need a Personal Trainer or a Sports Coach.

Or you could be struggling with more personal things like self-confidence or self-esteem in which case you would benefit more from a life coach or an NLP coach who can help you in these areas.

The most successful athletes, all have coaches. They have a talent yes, but to take that talent and compete successfully on the international stage, they need a coach to help, guide and motivate them to achieve their peak performance. 

The British and Irish Lions are the best of the best when it comes to the international rugby stage, however, they would be just another team if it wasn’t for the ideas and perspectives that their coaching team brought to the table. 

Without Warren Gatland at the helm, they wouldn’t be the dominant force they are on the international stage.

Coaching is not for everyone, in fact, it’s for the minority. It is only beneficial to people who genuinely want change and are prepared to commit to making that change happen.

There are so many coaches out there, how do you know which one is right for you? 🤯

I’m sure you know a coach, or at least know of a coach.

In my experience the best coaches to work with are not family or close friends. These people have an emotional attachment to you which makes it extremely hard for them to be truly honest and objective when working with you due to the deep emotional connection you both share.

Find a coach you like and trust.

The relationship between you and your coach is the key to how successful the coaching will be. 💪🏼

The more successful the relationship, the more impactful the coaching will be and the bigger and better the results and your return on investment will be. 💵💵💵

As a coach, I know I am not everybody’s cup of tea. ☕️ 

And that’s OK! 

Not everybody is my cup of tea either. 🤢

Don’t rush your decision and sign up with the first coach that comes along.

Find one you connect with on both a personal and professional level. 

Ask your prospective coach to be honest with you at all times.

No fluff, 

No BS, 💩

Just honesty and integrity at all times.

That works both ways by the way.

You have to be honest and integral with your coach too otherwise it just won’t work and you may as well be throwing your money away. 💵 🗑

I’m not sure about my coaches, coaches coach but I’m going to say they will also have a coach!
