I mean, know every detail of your ideal customers life.
What is their name? π€
How old are they? π
What are their hobbies? π π§ π
What are their challenges? π§ π§βοΈ
What are their fears? π±
If you can communicate with your ideal customers on their level, in a way they can truly relate to. π«πΎ
You will improve your sales 10-fold! π· π°
Don’t try to convince your customer that they need your product or service. π€¦π½
Don’t tell them what you can do for them.
Show them!
Show them what you can do by helping them first. π¦Έπ» π¦Έπ»βοΈ
Make your marketing all about them and not about you. π€
This approach will build rapport. π
If you want people to buy from you, they need to know that you understand them, you understand their pain, their needs, their desires. π‘
Connect with them on this level, and they won’t want to look anywhere else when they are ready to buy. π
