Business coaching is more DIY but under the guidance of the coach. The coach will help you identify what you want to achieve long term from your business, identify the challenges between where you are now and where you want to be, help you put those challenges into order of priority and then guide you through the process of fixing those challenges. 


The benefits of coaching over consultancy are that coaching give you the tools to manage the challenges moving forwards.


Coaching enables you to grow as a business owner and a leader making you more effective, more confident, and happier.


Coaching is a long-term solution that gives the business owner transferrable skills to grow multiple successful businesses should they wish to do so.


The benefit of consultancy over coaching is that consultancy can be a ‘quick fix’ to a current problem. In most cases however, the problem comes back and requires further external intervention in the future.
