Virtually all coaches offer a free coaching session of a free discovery call which you can use to try and gain clarity around what it is you want to achieve in business and by working with a coach.

Once you get this straight in your head, it’s time to do your research.

Speak to fellow business owners who are being coached, trawl the internet and social platforms, and find some coaches you feel you may be able to connect with on an emotional level.

This will form a great foundation for your coaching moving forward. 

Once you have found the coach you feel comfortable with and they have convinced you that they have the solution or framework for you, commit. 

Don’t do it half-heartedly, you need to go all in. 

What you agree with your coach goes. 

Remember, a great coach will sack a client if they aren’t doing what they say they will do! A poor coach will continue to take their money for as long as they are willing to give it.

It’s a lose/lose situation if you don’t commit! 

Nobody like getting sacked and nobody likes throwing their hard-earned money away.
