As with marriage, the key to a long and productive coaching relationship is chemistry.

There must be a good level of respect, for sure, however there has to be great chemistry in order for coaching to work effectively for you.

Just because a coach has a great track record, doesn’t necessarily meant they are the right coach for you.

If you don’t get on with your coach, if you can’t relate to one another, if you don’t look forward to your sessions with your coach; you have the wrong coach.

It’s like having a problem employee.

You simply don’t want to work with them

When this happens, the coaching becomes ineffective and is a waste of money.

That doesn’t mean give up on your coaching, it simply means it’s time to find another coach.

Am I everyone’s cup of tea? Absolutely not.

I used to try to be, but it’s impossible!

You can’t please everyone all the time.

Therefore, I have learnt to be authentic to me. That way I attract the right clients for me.

That means I achieve great results as a coach and my clients achieve amazing things in their businesses!

If I had the wrong clients, this wouldn’t be possible.
